Must be played on a Game Boy compatible handheld device, Super Game Boy SNES/Super Famicom attachment, or Game Boy Player GameCube attachment. Play with default settings unless otherwise specified. No code modifications that give the player an advantage over other players. 1 credit. No continues. 1 player mode only. No use of trainers, cheats, auto-fire (when not default present in-game) , game saves, or cheat codes. Can be overruled by the Specific Rules (see below). It is discouraged and may lead to voters not accepting your score to - excessively point farm - use glitches or other game exploits |

Play the game in 1 player mode with default settings.
- Galaga is available in the compilation "Arcade Classic No. 3: Galaga / Galaxian". - Autofire is off by default. - This Game is compatible with Super Game Boy (it adds colors). But this is not a GB Color game. - Scoring : Shoot Hornet Fighters when not moving: 50 Shoot Moth Fighters when not moving: 80 Shoot Hornet Fighters when moving: 100 Shoot Moth Fighters when moving: 160 Shoot Boss Galaga when not moving: 200 Shoot Boss Galaga when moving: 400 Shoot Boss Galaga close: 800 Shoot your captured ship: 1,000 Shoot all three Kamikazes: 1,000-3,000 Extra Lives : 1st Extra Life: 20,000pts 2nd Extra Life: 70,000pts More Extra Lives: Every 70,000 after getting the second.
