I remember in my arcade days as a teen I once got 222,000 without patterns at all. I played it every day :))

No, because on the NES Tengen version, some arcade patterns from the arcade cabinet version can work on the NES, but they aren't as dependable. They don’t transfer over well. Ms. Pac-Man is less pattern-friendly in general than the original Pac-Man. Also, that was the first score I posted for Ms. Pac-Man on Tengen NES so I’m fairly certain I could do better now since posting 190 scores since then 🤪
