Originally released by Custom Cables International Ltd as part of Games Pack 1 (included: Chuckman, Cry Wolf, Ed-On, Ziggarat of Drea) in 1983 for £5.00. Then re-released as Chuckman by Mastertronic, again in 1983, as part of their £1.99 range. Also appears to have been released as Chuckman for the Mattel Aquarius, once more in 1983.
