Yeah I think that's right but they must have been planning ahead since the super gb didn't get released til about 6 months later. Or maybe the GBA SP just has some ability for coloring gb games?

I've never seen it in color! Very cool. Musta been made for the GameBoy player for SNES since it came out before GB color. :)
Edit.. I mean I know Gameboy Color and GBA do color the old games but Kirby is the right shade pink n all so musta had color built in to this one
