Yep its called Ridge Racer Turbo. I've put more time into that than R4 hehe.
Edit: The newer R4 is only 30fps like the other ps1 Ridge Racers because they would have had to cut back on the graphics to make it 60. It comes with this information section on the disc. But yea they were able to get the original up to 60 and it's really nice.

Wasn't the extra disc called different? I remember buying it and the extra gave you ridge racer in 60fps.

Correction on my previous comment. The Ridge Racer disc that came with my R4 is actually the full game but only the 60fps mode is the full game. The standard game is only a 1 stage demo to compare. It seems the 60fps game is the same as yours except 60fps. But being that i guess it's not the same so I'd have to request it be added. Which I may because it's awesome.
