Namco Museum Archives Volume 1 is a collection of Nintendo Entertainment System ports for the PC. Mappy is the NES version of the arcade game where you control a mouse police officer, reclaiming stolen items from a cats gangster lair. You navigate using trampolines to access different levels, have to open doors and some doors initiate a sort of sonic attack that sweeps up any enemies in its path for points. Every few screens a bonus level appears where you collect balloons. It feels like a blend of Donkey Kong and Pac-Man and takes a few goes to get used to, but once you get the feel for it, it is quite addictive.
