i think FPS is important for racing games... that's why i specify the rules. For a platform game like mario, that's not so important :p
some emulators can give you a too big advantage... that's why they are banned. Bgb is allowed :)

xD I didn't really recommend to add this because I think in a way of 'less is more' when it comes to special rules. However thank you for the information! I realise that emulation may have become too complicated for me!

So my goal is to :
- Improve the PB when i was child (38"84)
Scoring tip :
- Keep and use your nitro jets for the second lap to make a better time.
- Try to don't touch too much others cars and take the overspeed (+10 km/h max speed)
