I remember this game. It had huge steering wheels.

This was the first arcade video game to offer co-op play, which is why the cab had two steering wheels. One player steered the truck, the other the rear. There is an option to play in easy or hard, so before adding this game I tried it out in easy and hard. Me controlling the front and the rear. There is just the one Leaderboard, and so regardless of how I played it my high score always showed up on this same Leaderboard. Since easy seems to be the default, that's what I went with.

Atari also released a single player version called 'Smokey Joe.'
