The selected difficulty level should be the right one for this track (Schwierigkeitsgrad Schwer in German, so it's hard, this is shown at 0:20). I'm still not an expert of this game, but Normaler Modus (= normal mode in English, hence "default settings") should be ok too. Score is also good. Voting yes.
