General Rules: Play with default settings unless otherwise specified. If the ROM set is not mentioned, play the parent ROM. No use of trainers, cheats, saved game files, emulator save states or other emulator advantages.
No use of code modifications that give the player an advantage over other players. 1 player only. No continues.
In-game/internal autofire is only allowed if a game has it (enabled through hard or soft DIPs). External/MAME/cheat-based autofire is not allowed.
It is discouraged and may lead to voters not accepting your score to
- excessively point farm
- use glitches or other game exploits

You can use any emulator you want (Retropie, rain, neo geo, Coinops, Antstream, handhelds,...). If specific emulators or versions are restricted, it will be mentioned in the Specific rules.

For Top 3 we encourage (but NOT mandatory) to provide:
a) A full video with DIP Switches to be shown in the video (at the start or at the end of your performance). If DIP Switches are not available, Service Menu should be used instead (at the start of your performance). If no difficulty settings is available on your game, you still have to show either DIP switches or service mode showing this (if not mentioned in the specific rules).
OR
b) An INP file. Please state your MAME version in the comments. And add an URL where the voter can download your .inp. (We currently have no way to store those files on the server, but it is on the roadmap).
For INPs:
o We encourage to also show the DIPs during your video play.
o Delete NVRAM before recording/viewing. Many arcade games that MAME emulates save some information (like high scores) in non-volatile ram (NVRAM), which by default MAME saves in the nvram subfolder. For some games (not all) the RNG is affected by NVRAM, so an .inp file recorded with non-empty nvram won't replay correctly on anyone else's system.
o To record INP file, you require Wolfmame: You can download it here : https://github.com/mahlemiut/wolfmame/releases (or on MARP).
o Record one run gameplay when using INP.
Specific Rules: Play the game in 1 player mode with default settings

Who is it occupied by? What is your opinion about Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland? Should they become independent or remain united? What do you think about the former Soviet Union, shouldn't it have been dissolved? And you didn't answer me, are you with democracy?

I like independent Serbia, don't get me wrong...
But you are not aware of the state of my country now...
Complete governement and all ministry (including ex-president) aren't from Serbia! None of them, they all are installed from the centers of power(mostly from Bosnia and Croatia) and if you live here just few days you would understand what I am talking about....
We are occupied Serbia; would you like to live in occupied country?

You must be one of the few Serbs who don't want an independent Serbia. Are you a communist? In Greece after WW2 the communists tried to seize power and we had a civil war for years. Dude, only democracy, junta regimes are for slaves.

Of course I do! I was born in that country, it was country with 22 million people and over 250k square km's!
Now when cruel west dived us we are just bunch of "marrionette regimes" that obey any order from the west bosses!!
Belive me, it's just like that!!! I have watched sometime ago story about Greece after WWII when you Greeks established power in the coutry by Communist Party; but Churchil decide to thrown them and organised coupe and establish KIng again instead of Communists!!
That's just show that all is in global political interests; British Army helped Greece to get a freedom against nazis and after liberation they came back to fight against free Greece people which choose Communist regime, very sad....
Speaking after liberation of Yugoslavia Churchil is also involved a lot; it was totaly revers situation....
Until 1943 British supported Kins Liberation Army of Serbia and just in one moment they turn their direction and choose Tito and communist party instead of King; when one of Churchill assistants ask him : why communist party, why that? Churchill answered: why do you care about that , you don't live there anyway... It was pure global political interes !!
In the first time when Yugoslavia fall apart I wasn't (and most people) what is going on behind the curtain, but after all those years I miss my old country a lot... Just imagine what we had: my mother for instnce got every year FREE summer holiday (10 days) for complete family, that provides company where she was employed (department store "Belgrade")... That company had they own resort in Croatian Riviera and all 3 meals were incuded in their restaurant!!! Those were days!!! Also when Yugoslavia fall apart all big companies were destroyed and abandoned, we don't have our own industry, they made us to import all things that we produced in our own factories...
If things don't change soon my country could became "Miner Colony" just like in Africa and that would be end for entire people and whole country!!! But let's hope we can win our freedom and independence; now you might understand why I am missing Yugoslavia...

Well it's pretty complicated but I will try to explain... Tito died in 1980, that's fact... But after his death we remain SFRJ (Socialist Federative Republic of Yugoslavia) as before until 1991. when western powers brokemy country into pieces... It was very good planed and organized so that Yugoslavia have no chance to survive... I was took part of it as tank driver (M-84 Tank) as regular soldier, back then it was mandatory to serve Yugoslav Army for 1 year... I almost get killed in Bosnia when I was sent to serve Army Service but me and my crew were lucky enough to survive WASP grenade that croatians shoot at our tank!!
Back to your question about color TV; yes my father got us Philips Color TV on the 1st September 1979!!! It was purchased from officialy Philips re-seller for Yugoslavia... You must paid it in Holland Guldens and my father converted almost 2000 Dueutsch Marks fot that TV!!
As I said 60-70% of Yugoslav population got very respectable salaries but there were no stores with import goods to spend it...
That's the main reason why ex-Yugoslav population visited Trieste in Italy every weekend to buy quality hi-fi,clothes,toys and other things you can't buy in Yugoslavia back then... I remember my first canned Coke in the early 80s when our cousin brought us few canned sodas from his trip to Trieste, and Brooklyn bubble-gums!!!We got already Coke licenced factory in Belgrade but they only produced bottled Coke,so it was new experience for us kids!!!

Not exactly a socialist country. Tito died in 1980, when did you have normal democratic elections? Did you get a color TV in 1979?? It must have been very expensive. In Greece in the the 80s there were shops with electronic games/arcades everywhere

We were socialist country back then (Yugoslavia) and even most people got good salaries you can't get imported West European goods; if you want to get home computer for instance you must wait for some of your friends who goes abroad (msotly Austria & West Germany)to get youj what you need...That's the way how we(me and my younger brother) get ZX Spectrum in late of 1984.... One of my dad's good friends often traveled to Munich (West Germany) and he get us Speccy!!! Also we can't get original software for it to buy; so we get it from "Pirates"; that was the only way for us to get a game for our Speccy... But it was very good organised and only after few days when some game was released in the UK we can get it from some of many "Pirates"; most of them get very rich back then and take their chance... It was not prohibited by our laws so they took their chance and make big profit of pirated games!!!
Lately I got Commodore 64 (1987) and Commodore Amiga 500 (1989)...
So, sadly there were interest in arcade machine but it was very specific time we live in and circumstances that makes it so rough for us to have more arcade rooms in our town back then...
There were only few stores in Belgrade who officialy sells TV's and music hi-fi tape decks; it was Philips & Sony representative stores in Belgrade; that's how we get our first color TV in 1979.

only in a few places? It seems that arcades were not that popular in your country.

funny fact: all electronic games/coin-ops (UFO, as we used to call them) in Greece were banned as illegal in 2002 :))

There was only few places in Belgrade in the 80's you can play Arcade Machines or Pinball Machines...
Most common and popular were: Pac-Man,Frogger,Climber and few others....
One of those places were New Years Fair and you could play all those games...
My most impressive arcade from that period was "Super Hang On" with "real" bike steering command and of course "Out Run"!!!
We(kids in that period) mostly played games on home computers (ZX Spectrum, C64 and later on Amiga)...
Really never heard of this football arcade machine or play it; but it's sure a predcessor of "Kick Off" and "Sensible Soccer" for Amiga computer and it was very popular here in the late 80's and early 90's; that's for sure!!!
