Customs fee + duty was 30$ CAD, so bad, but not eye-watering bad. Still ended up cheaper than buying an american/canadian machine. Not sure how brutal the import fees / customs would e for Belgium though, makes me think shipping would be more expensive, but I'm not sure. Fun system though, especially if you like corny FMV stuff ofc.

What about customs? Back in the PS2 launch days I bought one from Hongkong shop. Afterwards , I received a customs bill which was almost as high as the PlayStation itself 🤓

It's worth it if you pick up a much cheaper Japan model, the euro and n.american models are much more expensive. i use a 120v-100v stepdown transformer also. Cost me all in all the whole setup like 300$ CAD. I like it, but few score-based games...

Still a missing device for me. Don’t know if it’s worth buying though. Prices of everything is too much nowadays.
