GOOD TO KNOW: First when you finish the stage 5, you will see the ending. After that, when "Jaleco" logo appear, you can press "Select" Button. You will be able to restart the game (and then make a new loop). SPECIFIC RULES: There are two importants things to know in this game ! - This game has an auto fire by design. So that's allowed ! - The damage shield is 8 for maximal protection. Only BIG damages get you hit and destroy your shield. (Use of Cheat code is disallowed and can be verified as follow: With default bullet damage the shield stays to max; With big bullets not). |

Ten full loops - I blow myself up in Stage 1 of Loop 11 to submit a score. I probably could have played this forever but subsequent loops do not increase in difficulty and I was getting bored.
The trick to the horizontal stages is to move around as little as possible. This unfortunately makes this a pretty boring watch!
The "B" weapon is better than the "L" weapon despite the manual saying the opposite. You automatically get the "L" weapon on a successful loop. I replace it as soon as possible in most loops but sometimes I grab it in stage 3 just to mix it up.
The HUD shows a maximum of 8 health, but the actual counter extends past that, so when I get hit there's no visual indication. You get life for picking up "U" icons or "P" icons when your gun is at full power, so it's really easy to keep your life up. If proof is needed, you can check Loop 5, where my health is under 8 several times (Timestamp 48:00-49:00)
The only challenging boss is #4 but with a powered up Beam you can defeat it before its more difficult patterns start.
