I had the same line of thought. I had a brief chat with ZilchSr about it as this is one of the games for the 2600 High Score Club. ZilchSr said it's not possible to gain lives faster than losing them employed that method. He added that it's technically self-limiting. Plus, there's precedence with the previous 1st place run which was accepted by our community.

I would say this is some points farming here :p But the score is valid. The game is way harder on original hardware.

Thanks! I never played this one much, not even in the arcades. I picked up a few tips during the TG 2600 5 Minute Challenge last year. It's a decent conversion but not really my bag.

This was recorded on November 14, 2024 using Filmora 12. I muted the mic. I played on Stella 7.0 for Mac OS. The PB run begins at around 19:11. This may or may not be submitted to the AtariAge 2600 High Score Club.

I'm not going to chase Ulisses Patriota and his 1.5 million. I was just looking to submit a decent run. I'm certain I left 600 points on the board.
