I rather doubt I could beat your score even if I really wanted to. No point in beating my head against that wall when there are far more enjoyable games waiting to be played.

Retroarch can emulates a lot of things way better than if you use the standalone emulators Retroarch uses. It does magic for some systems like the Saturn I was unable to run at 100% speed no matter what emulator I tried, retroarch fixed this. This is also the only emulator I know which can run pc-engine CD perfectly with ISOs (Magic Engine does emulate better but requires you to use a CD drive and legit CD games or copies)
I still think you can beat my score. Once you'll get the hang on "how long the acceleration takes" and manage to anticipate the jumps, the level 2 will be a piece of cake. the only "hard" part for me is the section between the helicopter and the tunnel, it's easy to mess up with all the enemies, the jumps and change of lanes you have to do.

Thanks, but nope...Mantalow's score is good, mine is just mediocre. At least I found a properly working emulator without any control issues.

I deleted my old score and video. Turned out that not only was the acceleration unresponsive, most of diagonal movement didn't work at all. Switched to Mesen core on RetroArch and the movement issues were gone. So here's a bit better score, though nowhere near Mantalow's whopper.
