Camera filmed, single shot, full run played on original hardware. Console and cart are visible the entire time. Completely clean. No use of signpost glitch. Sonic is either off screen or in the giant ring BEFORE the end of level text appears on screen. Grueling 2h15m endurance run. Some errors were made that prevented this from being a 1.5 million run.
Notes:
Due to filming a bright CRT while showing the console in a dark cabinet, 2 color grades are applied. 1 to brighten the room and show console and 1 to make the game footage look better. Game footage grading is turned on at start of play and turned off during end sequence. Raw footage and stream capture available upon request.
