The PAL Atari ST can handle 60hz as the pirate game compilation Pompei and Automation do have a software 50/60 hz switch (press zero before loading).
I forgot playing like that as it was already 2 years ago since I played on the ST. I do have a notepad with all my info 😀
And most games play good in 60hz

The difference is that you play on a real machine and I play on an emulator... At the 50HZ setting, the game runs at normal speed (but the movement of all the characters is too slow), while when I set the screen to 60MHZ the game runs faster but with a lot of small stuttering and interruptions in some moments when moving PAC-MAN and other characters around the screen... So I will stay with the 50HZ setting...

I have no idea this section is open cause' until recently there is only "PAC-MANIA STE" was available to play for ATARI ST port...

Yeah. Another letdown if you compare it with the C64 version. And it plays too sloooowww. 1 try was enough.
