Sega Genesis was very close to the arcade, but now after experiencing the XBOX I feel the difference. Analog control "steering and gas" .. and the car is more slippery with its weight on fast turns. Though I'm sure the thumbstick goes left and right faster than the steering wheel is designed to, so it helps to keep the thumb steady. The dpad is turned off for default control.
Also the voices are a nice touch.

Disclaimer. Incase this game gets split into 3 variations like the arcade and Genesis, I selected Veteran "50,000 bonus upon completion" .. the cursor defaults to this so I'm considering it default. Also the GameCube 🏆 chose Veteran as well.
