Released by Atari in 1980, Asteroids Deluxe was an incremental upgrade on their original Asteroids game. The main new feature is the Killer Satellite, a cluster of triangles that breaks apart and tracks the player.

This run was played using the Steam version of Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration on PC. The date of play was the 10th April 2023. The final score was 13,400 points.

Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration is just that, a celebration of 50 years of Atari. Although there have been many Atari game compilations over the years, this one is the best yet, lovingly put together with many documents and features within it. It's like visiting an interactive museum.
