Fire Truck is a 1978 arcade game from Atari. It is an evolution of the previous years Super Bug, and follows a similar style of course. This time though, you are driving a fire truck and a second player can drive the rear half of the truck. If there is no second player, it will just follow you.
The aim is to score as many points as possible in the time limit (150 seconds by default). An extended play is possible if you score enough points.
This run was played using the Steam version of Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration on PC. The Hard track is selected. The date of play was the 9th April 2023. The final score was 150.
Atari 50: The Anniversary Celebration is just that, a celebration of 50 years of Atari. Although there have been many Atari game compilations over the years, this one is the best yet, lovingly put together with many documents and features within it. It's like visiting an interactive museum.
