There are no difficulty options in the settings for this game, only sound and vibration adjustment.

I notice the A.I. are harder this time around! I've already completed this stage in 2nd or better to earn the boat I'm using. This time I got a faster time yet only placed 5th in the race. So the game ups its challenge, which is nice. Often when you earn the faster vehicle it makes the game easier, instead here the A.I. punish you more. 💪
but with lvlup it's all about that fast time. ;)
