AtGames Firecore emulation.
Title screen glitch " background should be solid black, instead we get a
🟦 🟦 🟦 🟦 blue pattern.
Also, there was a wild sound glitch starting on the Continue countdown. I had to power off the system to silence it.
Disclaimer-
No graphical or gameplay glitches spotted during Viewpoint gameplay, if anything had effected the gameplay in any way I wouldn't be posting this score. All played exactly as it should. I'm very familiar with this game on original hardware.
NTSC speed with the usual slowdown this game has. Viewpoint is a great port of the arcade, but is known for its slowdown on MegaDrive/Genesis.
and I'm serious I don't post if anything is off. For instance.. i recently found that Lotus II on the AtGames has an issue, traffic and light poles can be seen through the hills which gives unfair advantage. Once I noticed that happening I immediately turned it off.
%99 of games are as they should be, so I stand by the AtGames as a reliable emulation machine with its only main issue being sound pitch.
The only game I've noticed that physically plays incorrectly on AtGames is Test Drive 2 with a drop in framerate and clunky feel. All of my other games have performed on it well thus far with only very minor graphical issues if any at all.
It may not seem like it but I'm very picky about these things.
