You can see beef, or something, in the lower part of the screen on the right at 0:29 in the video: this means that I selected Beef Start (I got a black screen issue while recording with OBS Studio for a few seconds in the game options screen). Also, the walls are yellow and green. For comparison purposes, look at Oyamafamily's video at 0:04: same walls colours, same beef/whatever.
