Looks like someone already deleted it. Many of the old (HS) scores that have no video get deleted if they are in 1st place.
This one had no video and no comments either to back up its claim.
If there's no video and no comments from ppl who saw the video, then there's no proof that person didn't use save states.
I would bet the score was legit but I don't like seeing 1st place scores without solid evidence.
The (HS) scores are ancient, I believe they were transfered here when the site was new just to fill in spots. Fredb999(HS) was likely not even a Lvlupscore player. If he was around to claim it or add a video it could go back up.
But for now I think Kernzy deserves the gold 🏆.
