There's no actual hardware. From Wikipedia: "PICO-8 is a virtual machine and game engine created by Lexaloffle Games. It is a fantasy video game console that mimics the limited graphical and sound capabilities of 8-bit systems of the 1980s".
You can either download the app and the standalone carts to play this way on your PC/Mac/etc. or (as I did) just play the games online (this is allowed on the Lexaloffle site).

I may not understand the Pico 8. But it looks like you are on a PC? Otherwise next time show your Pico 8 hardware, or change to Pico 8 emulation. ?
