Aaaah true, the energy for run, that was UMK3's "feature". Well, it's a very precise technique you got there and it works flawlessly, all of them runs are impressive - keep it up! And my heartfelt condolences on the X360, such a bliss of a console!

Hey thx! Yep on all the home ports the AI can be captured by the next up close because they always try to hit you instead of jumping back or block when they're that close. I would play UMK3 on Xbox 360 "arcade ver" and I couldn't get away with that, the A.I. knew better. My 360 broke recently but I plan on getting MK3 for my Xbox since I want the Midway Treasures 2 collection. :)
And yes there are 2 reasons I don't always do the Combo after the net. If they aren't cornered, after a combo they sometimes become un trapped, as where a high spin kick or an uppercut doesn't take away your energy meter and gives you time to run back close to get another net on them.
And the 2nd reason is because the big combos tire my hand so I purposely change things up.

It's crazy how Cyrax can just do the net oki as the AI will always try to punish you close-up but not throw you haha
Is there a reason you're going for HK or c.HP (uppercut) on net instead of the 60% combo, which also gives HKD?
Anyways - sick run, Cyrax is the man | Everything checks out - yes!
